As for me.......
I am a thoughtful, analytical, detail-oriented and meticulous individual. I am usually more critical of and expect more of myself than others do. I have the curiosity of the cat and love puzzles of logic. I guess my most intense question to answer is "why?". I don't like to be kept in the dark and prefer to be well-informed with the information I need to perform the task at hand. I like to keep my sense of humor about me, but at the same time can be very serious about things. I have been selling an almost 800-page Music Trivia E-Book on E-Bay for almost two years that took me a year to compile and is based on the same almost 10,000 top 40 song repertoire that I have in my mobile DJ collection. I call myself the Oldies DJ as I specialize in oldies. My pop collection is from 1955 to 2004 and the country and western is from 1944 to 2004. The thrill is playing the songs that get the people up and dancing. In my 30's I compiled an extensive Bible Prophecy Study Course equivalent to one semester at college and taught it for some years. I believe in people and realize that everyone wants to make an impact on others and want their lives to mean something and to make a difference. It's all a matter of degree. My favorite saying is - making love is something you do all day long. I hope you find bits of wisdom in here somewhere that makes an impact and I appreciate your time in reading this blog.

Those of you who are familiar with my Sci-Fi Empyrean Series and some of you who have read Book 1, this is a revised edition with an additional about 6,000 words added. So, it will be best to re-read Book 1 again before going on to the next ones. Those of you not familiar with my books – if you like superhero movies and TV shows like Dr. Who, Heroes and Stargate then you'll like these.
This is a sci-fi series so there will be an Empyrean Book 7 and an Empyrean Junior Book 2 and so on.
Empyrean Book 1 – The Nauq
An intergalactic adventure spanning time and space.
The Nauq were about to embark on a seditious campaign to destroy all life in the universe - one galaxy at a time. The Calaren’s first attempt to stop the Nauq was in the form of Amalgaman who turned out to be even more evil and their efforts ended with the Calaren galaxy the victim of a partly self-inflicted temporal anomaly.
That anomaly, thought to have killed Amalgaman, caused thousands of years to pass outside in only a few weeks for the Calaren. By Earth year 2198, the Nauq's destructive path would soon lead to the Milky Way and Earth. The Calaren searched 58 galaxies and found an Arian princess in one galaxy, in another a telekinetic and on Earth in the 21st through 25th centuries, a handful of Terrans with phenomenal powers to form a new champion: Empyrean.
Will this second attempt, stop the Nauq before humankind is obliterated from all known space, or would it end in a universal temporal disaster?

Only a small portion have music set to them. Eleven by my good friend Ron Taber. He plays 11 different instruments, has been in several bands, including a Christian band and now leads music at his home church. I don't have the experience he does but I put music to 4 of these songs myself. The rest would need someone to put music to them.

Writing
Writing is an exciting journey. To get ideas down on paper and to share them with others is a thrill. They say that your first novel will reveal a lot about the author. Maybe it's most prevalent in the first novel, but I know it's in every one I'm writing. It's exciting to see my novels in print. It would be nice to make a lot of money from it and it's not impossible - The Harry Potter books were around 5 years before they became popular - A Wrinkle In Time by Madeleine L'Engle was published in 1962 and very popular but she never approved a movie version of the book until 2003. I can imagine comic books, movies, TV, board games, video games, trading cards, but the real excitement is in seeing your book in print even if it never goes big. I enjoy the pleasure of writing and I am already half way through book 4. I hope if you pick up copies of my books for yourself or another sci-fi fan for birthdays or Christmas etc. that you will enjoy it as much as I enjoyed writing it. Thank you for reading my blog.
